There are several essential requirements for your project (online store, web portal, etc.) that need to be met. Although we may check that these requirements are met before the contract is signed, the ultimate responsibility for complying with these obligations stays with you. The meeting of these requirements is necessary for the acceptance of payment cards by the card associations. If you want to enable your customers to make card payments, pay close attention to it.
Business identification number, business name, name of executive chief, trade form, registered office (correspondence address – street name and number, city/town, postcode), place of business (if different than registered office), email address, and telephone number.

You are required to comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR) and with Czech Data Protection Act No. 110/2019 Sb. This means you are required to inform your customers about how you process their personal information, what rights they have, etc.
Describe what you offer – what products and/or services. Make sure the title and description accurately describe what you offer.
The prices quoted must be net prices and must indicate whether they are VAT inclusive or exclusive. Do not forget to display the correct currency.
List all payment methods that your customers can use to purchase from your business.
List the available shipping options and their respective costs.
If you offer specific products (such as age restricted products) and/or products that are subject to specific requirements (handling, transport, storage, ...), you are required to provide direct notice to your customers in advance or obtain from them verifiable consent (to visit your website selling age-restricted products).

No later than 30 days after the payment gateway is integrated into your project, you are required to place a banner on the homepage (preferably in the footer) containing our logo displayed in the appropriate form and the current logos of the card associations.
