Login to ThePay

To log into ThePay, go to the website and click Log into ThePay. If you use the previous version of the Payment gateway, click Log into previous version – we believe that this will soon not be the case as upgrading to the current version is definitely worth it.

Login details

Enter your login details: your login email and password.

Verification code

Enter the verification code you received on your mobile phone. If you will be logging into ThePay repeatedly, we recommend selecting the option Continue and trust so that you will not need to enter the verification code every time you log in. The use of two-factor authentication to verify your identity utilising a combination of the knowledge factor (password) and the possession factor (mobile phone) stems from the obligation to implement strong user authentication.
