Details of any system errors occurring while the application is running are logged and immediately reported for further review and action.
We have security measures, rules and guidelines in place designed to prevent data loss (access control, password generation and reset, remote device management, and hardware management policies). We use a TIER IV data centre which guarantees maximum uptime.
Our systems are constantly monitored and any anomalies are immediately reported to our IT team for a quick analysis and further action to be taken as specified by the action plan. These should include occasional performance issues, such as minor glitches, which have no impact on your data or money.
