Transactions (transaction history)
The Transactions tab displays a list of all transactions made on your ThePay account, while the Payments tab displays all payments made to you by your customers. The transactions are displayed in a similar way to that of a current bank account and are used to generate a statement of account that you submit to comply with your accounting and tax obligations.
Statement of account
Statements of account are generated in ThePay for each and every account you have opened with us, be it a single account or multiple accounts in different currencies, and are available for download in various formats (PDF, XLSX, CSV, GPC). You can also get your statements sent to your e-mail, by ticking the respective checkbox in the E-mail notifications tab.
